Delivery via Parcel Post

When your order is shipped via parcel post, you will receive a track & trace code from us on the day of shipment. This allows you to track your order. Your package will be delivered by a Parcel Post company. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the package will be delivered to the nearest pickup point. You can collect your package from the next business day onwards.

Parcel services deliver from Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays.

Many of our products are available from stock. On the product info page, we display the available stock of the products. Orders placed before 23:00 will be delivered the next day, except on Sundays, if indicated. For some other products, you need to place your order before 15:00 for next-day delivery.

Delivery via Pallet Transport

For orders shipped via pallet transport, you will also receive a track & trace code on the day of shipment. The order will be delivered to the (first) front door on the ground floor. Please note that you are responsible for any vertical transport (to a higher floor). Pallet transport is handled by our external carrier, Transmission or Dachser. If no one is present on the agreed delivery date, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery date. Please note: in this case, the costs for pallet transport will be charged again.
