How does the return process work?

Enter your order number and email address to locate your order.
Select the items you wish to return and specify the reason for the return.
Receiving the return label:
After registering your return, you will receive a return label from Returnless via email.
Print the return label and attach it to the package you wish to return.
Sending the package:
Take the package to the nearest post office or drop-off point. Ensure the package is well-packaged to prevent damage during transport.
Don’t forget to request a proof of shipment and keep it until your return is fully processed.
Processing the return:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation email.
Depending on your original payment method, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within a few days or we will offer you a replacement product.
Return conditions
Returns can be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging.
Personalized products and hygiene products cannot be returned.
