How does the return process work?

  1. Registering your return:

    • Go to our return page via https://loriano.returnless.com/en

    • Enter your order number and email address to locate your order.

    • Select the items you wish to return and specify the reason for the return.

  2. Receiving the return label:

    • After registering your return, you will receive a return label from Returnless via email.

    • Print the return label and attach it to the package you wish to return.

  3. Sending the package:

    • Take the package to the nearest post office or drop-off point. Ensure the package is well-packaged to prevent damage during transport.

    • Don’t forget to request a proof of shipment and keep it until your return is fully processed.

  4. Processing the return:

    • Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation email.

    • Depending on your original payment method, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within a few days or we will offer you a replacement product.

Return conditions

  • Returns can be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Personalized products and hygiene products cannot be returned.
