Consumer return conditions

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 30 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods or when the product is ready for you to collect. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your intention to withdraw from this agreement by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email).

You can do this by registering a return via your customer dashboard 'My account'. In collaboration with Returnless, you can complete the return process.

To comply with the withdrawal period, simply send your communication regarding your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, all payments made by you up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery/removal offered by us) will be returned to you without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after delivery to us.

We will refund you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such refunds. We are permitted to wait until we have received the goods back, or you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 30 days from the day you received the product.

You will be on time if you return the goods before the 30-day period has expired. You will be liable for the direct cost of returning the goods. Returning items that cannot be sent via regular parcel post costs approximately €50. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal are items produced on your request due to customisation, products of a hygienic nature (such as toilet seats) whose seal has been broken after delivery, products that have been used or assembled.
