3. Purchase Process To make a purchase on our website, the user must follow these steps:

The user must return the products in perfect condition, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 30 days from the date on which they communicate their decision to withdraw. The direct costs of returning the products will be borne by the user. Once the products are received, we will refund the amount paid, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the user’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), within 14 days.
We offer a national return option within the entire EU in collaboration with Returnless, making the return process simpler and more efficient for our customers.
7. Warranties and Returns All products offered on our website are covered by the legal warranty of conformity as provided by applicable law.
