Welcome to our customer service! You can return your order within 30 days of receipt, with the exception of custom-made products. Follow these steps to initiate your return:
Log in to our website with your account.
Go to 'My Account' and select the order number of the product you wish to return.
Choose 'Return'.
If you don't have an account yet, no problem! You can easily create an account using the email address with which the order was placed. After that, you will have access to your dashboard to initiate your return.
After registering your return, you will receive all necessary instructions via email.
