Reporting Damaged Items
If you find that an item is damaged upon delivery, please let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours. You can easily do this by opening our Helpdesk Chat at the bottom right of the page and submitting your damage report.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide the following photos:
The damage to the product
A full photo of the outer packaging
A photo of the shipping label on the packaging
The inner packaging
A photo of the opened package taken from above, clearly showing both the contents and the protective inner packaging
If the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service directly. You can submit a service request, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
