We want you to have complete confidence in your purchase. That's why all items you buy from us come with a statutory warranty. This means the product should meet your reasonable expectations. Additionally, some items come with a manufacturer's warranty, which complements the statutory warranty.

Depending on the brand, we offer an extra manufacturer’s warranty ranging from 2 to 5 years. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not affect the statutory warranty. Please note, it does not cover issues arising from improper use or normal wear and tear.

If you encounter any problems with a product that you believe are covered under warranty, please reach out to us through our Helpdesk Chat. Let us know it’s a warranty request and provide a detailed description of the issue, along with photos, the relevant invoice or proof of purchase, and the completed warranty application form. We aim to resolve your complaint within 30 days. If more time is needed, we will inform you.
